For the 2PAC , which in China we called them lacquer. Lacquer are painting finish, we work in triple basic paint and twice surface paint on door panels.
For the lacquer colors, we normally use the RAL K5 color charts. It is an international color chart for paniting material and it would be much easy for customer to choose the color they want.
As lacquer finished door cabinets have more production process than normal wooden color cabinets. The production time for the lacqer door cabinets would be longer.
All the cabinets accessory like hinges or slide, we normally use import Blum brand. Besides, we can also matching suitable accessory according to your project standard and budget.
We also provide hand-made kitchen sink in different colors, watermark faucets and build-in LED as well as other required accessory to decorate your kitchen.

Benchtop also a very important part for kitchen cabinets. According to Australia import requirements now, we do suggest to use marble for benchtop.

How we work to supply joinery exactly as customers’ requirements ?
1. Customer would share their project floor plan in PDF to us. Then we would work CAD design and solution for project joinery, include kitchen cabinets, laundry, vanity and wardrobes and quotation.
2. After customer got our solution for project joinery, our professional sales would spend long time on confirming each details like joinery size, material, color , design and quotation. Details are very important. We would cost time to make sure we know your requirements.
3. After confirm all the details and got the payments, then we will begin to arrange the production for your joinery order. We will also update time to time for production news.
4. Inspect the quality after we finish the production. All the kitchen cabinets, laundry cabinets and vanity would assemble to check the quality. And we will also measure the size to assure everything is correct.
5. Packing the goods. For Australia project business, normally kitchen base cabinets, wall cabinets in assemble packing while high pantry in flat packing as their size are too big.
6. Shipment. We can ship the goods to your nearest ports or your jobsite. Anyway, we will confirm the shipping details to you after we finish the production.

For kitchen cabinets, lanundry cabinets and vanity, we will work in assemble packing. While for the high pantry and wardrobes, we normally work in flat packing as they are in big size. Each package would be well pack to protect the goods in transportaion. Besides, we also can packing the goods in pallets for better checking goods in jobsite. While it would take more shipping space than normally assemble packing. Anyway, no matter assemble packing, flat packing or packing in pallets, each package have clear mark for identify the goods.
