Cabinets style
There are two different options for solid wood kitchen cabinets carcass. The carcass panel thickness and structure different in the 2 styles.
1.Frame-face kitchen cabinets. The frame will be in solid wood and box in 1/2” thickness E1 plywood in 2 side birch wood veneer and back panel to be 1/4” plywood, outside painting same color as door panel, while the inside shelves will be in 3/4″ plywood material.
2.Frameless kitchen cabinets. The frame less cabinets are in 3/4” thickness E1 plywood in 2 side birch wood veneer and back panel to be 1/4” plywood, outside painting same color as door panel, the inside shelves of course in 3/4” plywood material.
Box material
Solid wood box panel in plywood veneer finish, one time painting. Drawer box is solid wood material in dovetail structure.
Assemble inspection
After finish production, we will assemble the cabinets to inspect them on checking the quality, size, colors and details.

A. Normally we would require modular cabinets 700-750 pcs for 1x40HQ. If use for singel house order, please check case by case, the price would be expensive.
