Q: Where do you supply cabinets to ?
A: We supply kitchen cabinets mainly to USA, Australia, Canada, Africa and some South American countries.
Q: Can I see the details of your cabinets ?
A: Yes, you can see them from the Gallery for our previous projects. And we can also share more production process pictures for the orders we worked before.
Q: How can we get the goods ?
A: Normally the goods are shipped from China by full containers. 1x20GP can load around 24CBM of goods while 1x40HQ can load around 60CBM of goods. We can arrange the shipment for you.
Q: Do you have MOQ ?
A: No, we do not have MOQ and we can sell even 1 set of kitchen cabinet. But we require full container shipment for better protection of the goods during transportation.
Q: How many colors do you have ?
A: For melamine, HPL and PVC cabinets, we have our standard color chart. For order quantity more than 50 set of kitchen cabinets, we can work with customers’ color requirements.
For the lacquer and solid wood cabinets, as those cabinets are paint finish. We can work with any color required.
Q: What’s your production duration ?
A: For the melamine, HPL and PVC cabinets, we need about 45 days to finish the production. While for the lacquer and solid wood cabinets, we need about 50-60 days to finish the production.
Q: How is your packing for cabinets ?
A: For kitchen cabinets we can work on flat packing or assemble packing. Normally for small quantity order, we would suggest assemble packing. While for big quantity order we normally do flat packing to save shipping space.
Q: How can I check the quality for my order ?
A: Firstly, for all the production details and materials to be used will be confirmed before production. Then we will report production progress during the production. After finishing the production, we will assemble the cabinets for customers to inspect the quality first. Then we will do inspection report and send to customers. After the quality inspection is accepted by customers, we will process the shipment.
Q: Can you send the goods to jobsite ?
A: We have cooperative forwarders who can help you on handling customs clearance and send the goods to your jobsite.
Q: Can I send my other goods in the container ?
A: Yes, if you have other goods in China, you can send them to our factory and load them in our cabinets container. But the goods must be properly packed to prevent damage during transportation.
